i swam 30 laps nia.
coz tue i got a kind of serious sun burn on my shoulders.
wen it touches water,
pain like hell.

today's weather is perfect to get a tanned body.
but not wen im suffering frm sun burnt.
double pain lars.


i actually forgotten to brg my swimming wear.
lucky i bought my hp along and dialed mum.
phew!
such a disgrace.
